Christian Borle has been cast as a series regular opposite Olivia Thirlby and E.J. Bonilla in ABC's Until the Wedding, according to Deadline.

The romantic drama pilot hails from writer Becky Mode (Smash), producers Sarah Timberman & Carl Beverly (Justified, Masters of Sex), Alon Aranya (Betrayal, Hostages), Israel's Reshet Media and ABC Studios.

Based on the Israeli series of the same name, Until the Wedding is the story of how one couple's decision to get married can affect everyone in their lives. The show will explore the intimate relationships of a group of friends/family as Adrienne (Thirlby) and Danny (Bonilla) are forced to reckon with their own romantic lives and come to terms with the realities of love and marriage.

Borle will play Miles, Adrienne's (Thirlby) charming, highly accomplished brother and stay-at-home dad.

Christian Borle (Director) is a two-time Tony Award winner and has starred in a myriad of roles both on stage and screen. His turn as Shakespeare in Something Rotten! garnered him both Tony and Drama Desk Awards for Best Featured Actor in a Musical, as well as a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play as Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher. Other Broadway: Footloose, Jesus Christ Superstar, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Amour, Spamalot, Mary Poppins, Legally Blonde, Falsettos and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
