On February 14th, Tony Award-winner Michael Cerveris - who currently plays Kent in the Public Theater's production of King Lear - will take part in "The Losers Lounge Valentine Day Tribute to Classic Pop Duets," beginning at 9:30 at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St.).

Cerveris (Sweeney Todd, Assassins), who has appeared in Losers Lounge concerts on numerous occasions, will perform during the second act of King Lear, which stars Kevin Kline in the title role.

"Just for Valentines Day, the Losers Lounge will bring you all the classic couplings from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Including songs performed by Serge Gainsbourg and Brigitte Bardot, Johnny Cash and June Carter, Lee Hazlewood and Nancy Sinatra, David Bowie and Freddie Mercury, Kermit the Frog and Fozzy Bear, and many more. Songs including 'I Got You Babe,' 'Islands In The Stream,' 'Jackson,' 'Don't Go Breakin' My Heart,' and all of your favorite duet classics. Bring your Valentine, or meet one at the show."  The show will feature arrangements by Joe McGinty.
