Celina Carvajal To Join Cast Of FRANKENSTEIN: A Rock Musical Concert At The Highline Ballroom, 10/31

As previously reported, RGA Productions will present Frankenstein, A Rock Musical Concert telling the iconic Mary Shelley tale on Halloween night at the Highline Ballroom. The concert will feature a grand rock style that evokes the sound of Pink Floyd, Evanescense, Alan Parsons Projects, Metallica, Stravinsky & Bartok. Celina Carjaval (Toxic Avenger, Tarzan, Dracula, 42nd Street, Cats) has been confirmed to join the star-studded cast.

Previous cast announcements confirmed the participation of stage and screen actor Jack Noseworthy (Sweet Smell of Success, A Chorus Line, Under Fire, Surrogates) Danny Zolli (Jesus Christ Superstar), Jessica Robinson (Rockstar:INXS), John Saunders, Don Meehan, John Conver and Nachesca Flanagan.

Frankenstein features Music, Book & Lyrics by Rob Asselstine; Stage Direction by Geoff Cohen, Music Direction by Robert Martin and Lighting Design by Diana Kesselschmidt.

The legend-laden band includes past members of Frank Zappa's The Mothers of Invention, The Average White Band and more - each a monster musician in their own right with other recording/performing credits including Stevie Nicks, Bette Midler, Patti LaBelle, Tony Bennett, Harry Connick Jr. and Maria Muldaur. Band members include Alex Domschot on Guitar, Greg Fiellin on Bass, Brian Dunne on Drums and Robert Martin on Keyboards

Frankenstein is destined to become one of the world's most compelling Halloween rock musical traditions. NY audiences are invited to experience this new tradition first and join Frankenstein as it begins its global journey. Each year, Frankenstein will appear for limited performances at the time of All Hallow's Eve somewhere in the world. Cities under consideration for 2010 include London, Paris and Berlin.
