Celebrity Attic to Feature Celebrity 'Yard Sale' on eBay

LAByrinth Theater Company (Co-Artistic Directors Philip Seymour Hoffman and John Ortiz and Executive Director Steve Asher) is proud to present CELEBRITY ATTIC-an online yard sale of signed odds and ends donated by celebrities from film, music, television and theatre. Sample items include a Darth Vader mask signed by James Earl Jones, Philip Seymour Hoffman's eyeglasses from Capote, scrubs signed by the original cast of ER from Juliana Margulies, a pink flamingo planter from John Waters, and a sequined top, zebra capris and signed photo from Bette Midler. There will also be items from Billy Crystal, Nicole Kidman, Kevin Spacey, Christopher Walken, Tim McGRaw, Amy Sedaris, Dennis Franz, Alicia Silverstone, and the casts of Desperate Housewives, The West Wing, Two and a Half Men, and Law & Order: SVU.

The auction will last 10 days and will have a staggered start beginning at 8pm EDT on May 5 and a staggered end the evening of May 15. The auction will take place on a designated page of eBay which can be accessed through the LAB's official website, www.labtheater.org. All proceeds benefit LAByrinth Theater Company.

LAByrinth was founded in 1992 by a group of actors who wanted to create new plays that truly reflected their heritage and experiences. The Company is an inclusive, multicultural ensemble whose work celebrates the diversity of its New York City home. Under the leadership of Co-Artistic Directors John Ortiz and Philip Seymour Hoffman, LAByrinth has won multiple honors, awards and international acclaim and its plays have been published, translated and produced across the U.S. and abroad. Now in its 14th Season, LAB has developed hundreds of plays and has staged 42 World Premiere productions here in New York City.
