Winner of 5 Tony Awards, Pippin is a Broadway musical that is not only a contemporary classic, but also secured director-choreographer Bob Fosse's place in history as one of the greatest choreographers of all time. Using the medieval legend of Charlemagne's son, Pippin, heir apparent to the Holy Roman Empire, Pippin is a parable about a young man's search for meaning and truth. With powerful designs by Bob Crowley and atmospheric music by Joby Talbot, The Winter's Tale is a masterful modern narrative ballet.
