Mario Cantone

Mario Cantone is known the world over as Anthony, Charlotte's wedding-planner-with-attitude on HBO's Sex and the City.

The celebrated New York stage actor and stand-up comedian, Mario Cantone gained critical acclaim with his Tony-nominated one-man show Laugh Whore, from its appearance at the Cort Theatre on Broadway to the Showtime special. The previous theatre season saw Cantone starring in the Tony-winning Assassins by Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman. Both of hit shows were directed by four-time Tony-winner Joe Mantello.

An accomplished stage actor, Cantone has appeared on Broadway in the role of "Buzz" in Terrence McNally's award-winning dramatic comedy, Love! Valor!Compassion!; and "Stephano" in Shakespeare's The Tempest at The Public Theater. Off Broadway, Cantone was the original "Terry" in The Crumple Zone, and played "Benny" in June Moon and "Grumio" in the Shakespeare in the Park production of The Taming of the Shrew.

Cantone has performed his irreverent stand-up comedy at a wide range of venues, including Carnegie Hall, where he warmed up jazz great Shirley Bassey, to performances at Atlantic City "Resorts," and Caroline's on Broadway. Peter Marks of The New York Times wrote of his work, "In the realm of outrageously joyful stand-up, there is the shrieking, windup-toy sensibility of Mario Cantone, a comedian of extravagant tantrums and extravagant gifts...he is a proponent of the comedy of outrage." Over the years his routines have included musical parodies of Judy Garland, Jim Morrison, Peggy Lee, Bruce Springsteen and Liza Minnelli.

Laraine Newman was recently inducted into the Television Academy Hall of Fame with the original cast of SNL. She is also an Emmy and Annie nominated performer.

At the age of 19 she appeared in the New Theatre For Now at the Mark Taper Forum and was accepted to the Theatre School at Cal Arts but left after 3 months to join another improv workshop with her sister Tracy and this was the beginning of The Groundlings. In 1974 Laraine appeared in a Lily Tomlin special produced by Lorne Michaels. After seeing her in The Groundlings a second time, he hired her for Saturday Night Live. Laraine has worked for directors ranging from Woody Allan to Guillermo Del Toro. Laraine's most recent Television appearances include: Dice, IFC's The Birthday Boys and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Laraine has enjoyed a thriving animation career. The current series she's working on are Vamparina, Dorothy and The Wizard Of Oz, and Captain Underpants, 3 Below, Talking Tom, American Dad and Spongebob Squarepants to name a few. She has also written for Esquire, The Huffington Post, The Jewish Journal, The Believer and McSweeneys and is contributing editor for the online food magazine Oneforthetable.

Robert Wuhl

Whether performing as an actor, writer, producer or director, Robert Wuhl refers to himself as one thing -- a storyteller. This is never more illustrated than in his Award winning HBO Comedy Specials, "Assume the Position with Mr. Wuhl," and "Assume the Position 201" in which he lectures actual college students about "the stories that made up American, and the Stories that America made up." The stage version of the two TV specials has toured across the country, from Boston to Los Angeles, from New York City to Phoenix.

Robert is extremely thrilled about his most recent project, a musical version of the Oscar-winning movie, "The Sting," Starring Harry Connick, Jr.

Robert recently became a contributor to 60 Minutes Sports on Showtime, and also filmed a pilot in Paris for the Travel Channel based on the #1 best-selling book travel book of all time, "1000 Places to Visit Before You Die."

Robert was the creator and star of ARLI$$, one of the longest-running original series in HBO history. During its seven seasons on HBO, ARLI$$, a satire of the world of professional sports, achieved a rare feat, growing in numbers each and every year, as it crossed the line between comedy and dramatic social commentary, presenting such issues as Domestic Abuse, Homosexuality, Ageism, Racism, Alcoholism, and Steroid abuse in sports.

Wuhl has also been critically praised for this work in films such as Bull Durham, Batman, Good Morning Vietnam, Mistress, Blaze, and Cobb. He directed, wrote, and starred in the independent feature, Open Season, a biting satire of the TV ratings system. Twice honored with Emmy Awards for writing the Academy Awards telecasts hosted by Billy Crystal, Wuhl also received CableAce Best Actor nominations in both drama (Tales from the Crypt), and comedy (Arli$$). As a comedian, Robert starred in his own HBO Comedy Hour titled," Robert Wuhl's WorldTour," and was a frequent performer on "Comic Relief."

Eugene Pack is an Emmy Award-nominated writer, creator, performer and executive producer.

Pack created and exec produces the highly successful CMT series "Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Making the Team", now in its record breaking thirteenth season.

Pack created, executive produced and performed in the critically acclaimed special for Bravo TV based on his long running hit live comedy show, "Celebrity Autobiography" where star performers "interpret" the actual prose of jaw-dropping celebrity memoirs. Pack's stage show has been praised and profiled in the New York, Times, Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal, In Style Magazine and Rolling Stone, which voted the show "Cool Night Out." "Celebrity Autobiography" has been running Off-Broadway at NYC's Triad Theatre to sold out audiences with a rotating cast of superstars. Pack won the Drama Desk Award for "Unique Theatrical Event" and the Bistro Award for "Live Comedy Series." The show is touring the United States and abroad, including London's West End, Australia's Sydney Opera House, and headlining the Edinburgh Festival.

Pack is a graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied writing/directing and worked with David Mamet's Practical Aesthetics Workshop, the Atlantic Theatre Company, and Playwright's Horizons. As a playwright-performer, Pack has performed three critically acclaimed comedic solo shows-- "The Senior," "Something Flexible With Meaning," and "Undisputed: My Night With the Queen of the Soul" which recounts a hilarious and unforgettable night with Miss Aretha Franklin.

Dayle Reyfel is a Drama Desk Award winner for her work on the critically acclaimed sensation, "Celebrity Autobiography." She has developed "Celebrity Autobiography" along with Eugene Pack since the beginning of the project. Ms Reyfel is one of the original stars of the show and has performed in, directed and launched the touring companies in New York, Los Angeles, Edinburgh, London's West End and in Australia, at The Sydney Opera House. She has also performed at San Francisco's Sketchfest, the HBO Workspace, Long Wharf, Old Globe, London's Leicester Square Theatre, and the Edinburgh Comedy Festival. Dayle is an artistic director and performer of EP New Works Production Company and has performed in numerous plays presented at Guild Hall, Naked Angels, NY Stage and Film and Cherry Lane Theater in productions opposite Matthew Broderick, Edie Falco, Stockard Channing, Bobby Cannavale and many more. Her television credits also include executive producing the critically acclaimed Bravo special Celebrity Autobiography,in which she also appeared, E! Entertainment's In Their Own Words, in addition to her work on Bravo's A list Awards and the G4 Network. Dayle is also an award-winning playwright for her plays "Slip/Knot" and "Mayhap".
