THE HEIDI CHRONICLES | A Conversation with ELISABETH MOSS, JASON BIGGS, BRYCE PINKHAM and ANDRE BISHOP, moderated by CHRISTOPHER DURANG.

Golden Globe winner Elisabeth Moss ("Mad Men," Speed-the-Plow) returns to Broadway as Heidi Holland-a woman willing to do what it takes to take on the world-in the new production of Wendy Wasserstein's era-defining, Pulitzer- and Tony Award-winning play, The Heidi Chronicles. Join Moss, who embodies the intrepid feminist Heidi from the '60s to the '80s, in conversation with cast members Jason Biggs ("Orange Is the New Black") and Bryce Pinkham (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder). Lincoln Center Theater artistic director André Bishop, a Wasserstein intimate and the producer of Playwrights Horizons' initial Off Broadway run of The Heidi Chronicles, rounds out a panel moderated by another close friend of the late playwright, fellow Yale Drama alum Christopher Durang.

Lunch 'n Learn | THE HEIDI CHRONICLES

Wendy Wasserstein's The Heidi Chronicles portrayed the trials, challenges, rewards and angst of single women in mid-twentieth century American life, with a remarkable dose of humor that won it both a Tony Award and the Pulitzer Prize. Playwright/critic Tony Vellela conducted exclusive video interviews with every original cast member, including Joan Allen, Boyd Gaines, Peter Friedman, Martha Plimpton and Cynthia Nixon, as well as Ms. Wasserstein. He presents an exploration of this landmark play, with clips from his interviews. A rare event for anyone who loves theater, recalls that society-changing era or is eager to learn about it!
