Casper Theatre Hosts 'Ghost Hunt,' Dance Recitals and More this Summer

The city of Casper is known as Wyoming's center of entertainment. The city will be hosting a number of events from July until August. For more information visit www.CasperEventsCenter.com.
* Learn about Casper history in the summer's Painted Past Tours with characters based on those who have lived in Casper during the era. The cost is $20 per person. Make a reservation by calling 267-7243.

* The Rocky Mountain School of Dance offers numerous dance programs to children. The cost to join one is $65 or $180 for all three. The programs are open to children ages 3 to 8. Call 237-6792.
Every Monday - Thursday - "Under the Circus Big Top" teaches tap and rhythm.
8/2 - 8/6 - "Music Box Dancer" teaches ballet and modern.
* "Sunday in the Park with George" - 7/16 - 17, 7/20 - 7/24, 7/27 - 7/31. The event is presented by the Casper College Department of Theatre and Dance at the Krampert Theatre at 7:30 pm. * "Everybody Dance" - 7/21 - 7/25. The program is open to special needs dancers ages 6 to 10. The program costs $55. For information call 265-5497
* "Clues at Casa Gecko" - 7/31 - 8/1. The event is an overnight mystery presented by The Ramada Plaza Riverside and Painted Past Productions. The cost is $179 per couple, $150 per single and $59 for food and play only. The night starts at 6:30 pm and the murder at midnight. Reserve a spot by calling the Ramada Plaza at 235-2531. Money raised will be used for Painted Past's efforts to entertain U.S. military families stationed in Europe.
