Cahoon, Kind, Batt, Lewis, Huffman and More in Music of Broadway Monday April 25

The stars will be out celebrating the music of Broadway and Broadway-bound shows at the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center, 208 West 13th Street, New York City, on Monday, April 25, 7 p.m. Michael Lavine returns as Musical Director and Producer & Seth Rudetsky returns as the host of Music of Broadway, which debuted to a sold-out house last year. Tickets: $35 general admission ($25 for Center members), $75 VIP tickets ($60 for Center members). Purchase tickets at www.gaycenter.org. Tickets will also be sold at the door the night of the event.

Scheduled performers: Cady Huffman (Tony Award Winner for The Producers), Kevin Cahoon (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Hedwig), Mary Bond Davis (Hairspray), Danny Gurwin (Laurie in Little Women, A Little Night Music — Sondheim Festival), Richard Kind (best known for his role on Spin City, theatre credits include Max Bialystock currently in The Producers, Bounce, Sly Fox), John Treacy Egan (Franz in The Producers, When Pigs Fly), Bryan Batt (Movies: Jeffrey, Kiss Me Guido, Theatre: Sunset Boulevard, Forbidden Broadway), Andrea Burns (Songs for a New World, Saturday Night, The Full Monty), Christine Pedi (Little Me, Forbidden Broadway), Jeff Blumenkrantz (A Class Act, How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying), Orfeh (Saturday Night Fever) and Norm Lewis (Sideshow, Dessa Rose).
