Doug Benson, god of all things pot, movies and funny is back with a new album of amazing material! Benson's new CD and digital album, "Potty Mouth," will be released by COMEDY CENTRAL Records on Tuesday, August 30.

Filled with an hour of the standup you know and love (and recorded live as always on 4/20), Benson's third CD on COMEDY CENTRAL Records comes with a bonus DVD including the full, uncensored versions of all six episodes of "The Benson Interruption," the cult hit show that aired on COMEDY CENTRAL.

In addition to "Potty Mouth," Benson has two prior CD's released on COMEDY CENTRAL Records, "Unbalanced Load" and "Hypocritical Oaf." Benson has his own documentary "Super High Me," based on a joke from his standup act available on DVD. On NBC's "Last Comic Standing," Benson finished top six in the 2007 season. He was a series regular on four seasons of VH-1's "Best Week Ever," has made recurring appearances on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and guest appearances on the "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Friends." In addition to "The Benson Interruption," Benson was a character on COMEDY CENTRAL's "The Sarah Silverman Program" and his second "COMEDY CENTRAL Presents" half-hour special premiered in January '09.

He is also a creator/writer/star of "The Marijuana-Logues," a show that's been a hit in clubs and theatres from Los Angeles to New York - and drew a bongload of rave reviews. There is also a CD, "The Marijuana-Logues" and a book, The Marijuana-Logues: Everything About Pot That We Could Remember. In 2006, High Times Magazine named him Stoner of the Year, and in 2009, he successfully made it to all the shows in his thirteen-day Medical Marijuana Tour. He continues to express his love of movies on his "Doug Loves Movies" podcasts (available on iTunes).

Other previously released recordings by COMEDY CENTRAL Records include: Christopher Titus' "Neverlution," Louis C.K.'s "Hilarious," Dane Cook's "I Did My Best - Greatest Hits," Bo Burnham's "Words, Words, Words," Doug Benson's "Hypocritical Oaf," Kevin Hart's "Seriously Funny," "The Sarah Silverman Program Soundtrack Album," George Lopez' "Tall Dark and Chicano," Greg Giraldo's "Midlife Vices," Nick Swardson's "Seriously, Who Farted?," Dane Cook's "ISolated INcident," Cook's platinum-selling "Harmful If Swallowed" and double-platinum "Retaliation," and Mitch Hedberg's "Do You Believe in Gosh?" among others.
