Three time Emmy Award nominee Colleen Zenk who played Barbara Ryan on As The World Turns for 32 years will make the New York City debut of her new one-woman cabaret show aptly titled Colleen Zenk: Still Sassy! The show will premiere at Feinstein's on October 30th and November 6th at 8:30PM. Colleen Zenk: Still Sassy! incorporates her lifelong career as an actress -- including three decades as a daytime star, her very public battle as an Oral Cancer survivor, her chaotic (and favorite) role as a divorced mother to a blended family of six children with a great deal of grace, humor, music, tears and laughter. The extraordinary Award Winning Don Rebic music directs the show.

At both performances Colleen is thrilled to welcome special guest star Trent Dawson who played Henry Coleman on As The World Turns. Trent and Colleen will sing together and share wonderful stories from the show.

Zenk's desire to be on the stage began as a child in Barrington, IL, where she began dance class at age three. By nine, she was a working professional. She soon landed regional musical theatre roles, worked as a commercial and fashion model, and trained with world famous choreographer and teacher Gus Giordano, becoming one of his youngest dancers to perform with Gus Giordano Dance Chicago. She went on to study theatre at The Catholic University of America. Colleen starred in "The New Performers" for NBC, performed for the military in Europe, danced in the ballet corps of the New York Metropolitan Opera, starred in a national tour of "Can-Can" and then headed to New York at the age of 22.

In 1978 she landed the role of Barbara Ryan on As The World Turns thinking it would be a short term gig! During her 32 years on the show she continued to pursue her love for musical theatre and made her Broadway debut as Rosie in Bring Back Birdie, opposite Chita Rivera and Donald O'Connor, and her film debut in John Huston's adaptation of the Broadway musical Annie.

Zenk, who is a two-time oral cancer survivor said "I believe the old saying that 'when a door closes, a window opens.' The end of As the World Turns was a great loss for me, but it has given me the time to explore a lifelong dream. I have great material to draw upon and this show will give me the opportunity to sing some of my favorite songs and give the audience a glimpse into my life." For As The World Turns fans Colleen promises great stories. Colleen Zenk: Still Sassy! is produced by Philip Katz/Broadway Theatrical, LLC.
