The producers of David Mamet's new play China Doll, which stars Academy Award-winner Al Pacino under the direction of Tony Award-winner Pam MacKinnon (The Heidi Chronicles, Edward Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?), announced today that an additional 10 performances have been added to the production's limited Broadway engagement.

The world premiere Broadway engagement of China Doll was originally slated to play 87 performances at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre (236 West 45th Street, New York, NY), but these newly added performances brings the total to 97 performances.

Mr. Pacino is joined on stage by actor Christopher Denham, who costarred on Broadway in "Master Harold"... and the boys opposite Danny Glover and The Lieutenant of Inishmore, as well as in Roundabout Theater Company's The Unavoidable Disappearance of Tom Durin and Playwright's Horizons's Kindness.

Denham also appeared on screen in films such as the 2013 Academy Award-winning Best Picture Argo starring Ben Affleck, and Shutter Island starring Leonardo DiCaprio.

CHINA DOLL will begin previews starting Wednesday, October 21, 2015, and hold its opening night on Thursday, November 19, 2015. Tickets are available for purchase online at www.telecharge.com, or by calling (212) 239-6200.

Denham replaces Fran Kranz who had to withdraw from the production due to scheduling issues.

The creative team will include scenic design by Tony Award-winner Derek McLane (33 Variations, Beautiful The Carol King Musical), lighting design by Russell H. Champa (In the Next Room (or the vibrator play)), and costume design by Tony Award-winner Jess Goldstein (The Rivals, Jersey Boys).
