It was another rollercoaster of a show last night as the six remaining acts became the final four on THE X FACTOR. The night kicked off with reigning champion Melanie Amaro performing her new single "Long Distance" from her debut album, Truly.
Unfortunately for CeCe Frey, the competition came to an end at the top of the show. Following that news, it was announced that Emblem3, Carly Rose Sonenclar and Tate Stevens were safe and therefore immediately advanced to next week's Semi-Finals. That left Fifth Harmony and Diamond White to sing for the final spot.
Despite being described by Britney Spears as, "the girl next door who sings like an angel," the judges decided to send Diamond White home and advance Fifth Harmony to next week's round of competition.

Sonenclar has appeared on Broadway in Les Miserables and Wonderland, and has also taken the stage in NYMF's The Night of the Hunter (2006) and the national tour of Little House on the Prairie the Musical.
