Broadway's MAMMA MIA! Reaches 4000 Performances!

Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA! celebrates 4,000 performances in its landmark 10th Anniversary year at the Winter Garden Theatre tonight.

This evening, MAMMA MIA! will give back to the fans who have danced in the aisles for the last decade and "thank them for the music" by treating the entire Winter Garden Theatre audience to custom made Magnolia Bakery cupcakes as a sweet toast to mark the benchmark performance.

MAMMA MIA! is currently the 11th longest running show in Broadway history, having surpassed the record breaking original runs of legendary musicals such as Fiddler on the Roof; Hello, Dolly!; Annie; My Fair Lady, 42nd Street and Cabaret.

Seen by over 45 million people around the world, Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' MAMMA MIA!, is celebrating 4,000 performances in its tenth year at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre and remains among Broadway's top selling musicals.
