The Williamstown Theatre Festival's "Late-Night Cabaret" will return from August 10-12 on the Nikos Stage of the Williamstown Theatre Festival.
Scheduled to appear are stars of the Festival's productions of The Opposite of Sex: Kerry Butler (Hairspray, Little Shop of Horrors, Bat Boy), Kaitlin Hopkins (Bat Boy), David Burtka (Gypsy), Ian Scott McGregor, Lance Rubin and writer Doug Cohen; and Romeo and Juliet: Austin Lysy (The Water's Edge), Benjamin Walker, Paul O'Brien, Sandra Shipley, Ian Unterman and Danny Mefford. The "Cabaret" will also feature performances from members of the Act One and Apprentice companies and interns of the Festival. Performers are subject to change.
The "Cabaret" "features singing, stand-up comedy and spontaneous performances," according to Williamstown notes. The show is directed by Sam Breslin Wright, who emcees the evening as "Sammy Cabaret," with musical direction by Kris Kukul, who appears as "Fingers."
