Broadway's Megan Hilty to Guest on Bravo's GIRLFRIENDS' GUIDE, 12/22

Broadway's Megan Hilty (WICKED, SMASH) will guest star on tomorrow night's episode of Bravo's GIRLFRIENDS' GUIDE TO DIVORCE, according to The New York Post. The episode, titled "You CAN Go Home Again," airs at 10:00 PM/ET on Tuesday December 22 on Bravo.

Hilty describes her character, Charlene as a Southern belle, telling The Post, "She's from Kentucky and she comes from money I think she really enjoys that she's from the South so she wants everybody to know it ... To say that [Jo and Charlene] butt heads is probably an understatement. I don't make life easy for her."

She goes on to share that while filming a TV series is always a challenge, nothing is more difficult than Broadway's grueling schedule. "There's nothing harder than eight shows a week. There's also nothing more rewarding. Even the longest day on set isn't as hard as a live show and maintaining your energy throughout the day for it."

Hilty will soon make her return to Broadway as "Brooke Ashton" in Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of NOISES OFF, opposite Andrea Martin, Rob McClure and Jeremy Shamos. The show began previews on Thursday, December 17, 2015 and will open officially on Thursday, January 14, 2016 for a limited engagement through Sunday, March 6, 2016 on Broadway at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd Street).
