Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood is proud to welcome Tony Nominee Adam Pascal as guest on Universal Broadcasting Network's internet radio show "Happy Hour with Ben & Alexander" on Tuesday, July 1st at 6 PST on www.ubnradio.com.
Adam is known for his performance as Roger Davis in the original cast of Jonathan Larson's musical Rent on Broadway 1996, the 2005 movie version of the musical, and the Broadway Tour of Rent in 2009. He is also known for originating the role of Radames in Elton John and Tim Rice's Aida and for playing the Emcee from the 1998 revival of Cabaret and appeared as Huey Calhoun in the Broadway Company of Memphisand as Billy Flynn in the long-running Broadway revival of Chicago.
He also participated in several charity performances, including Chess in 2003 (playing the American, Freddie Trumper. Hair in 2004 (singing "I Got Life"), and the 24 Hour Plays in 2005. Pascal reprised the role of Frederick Trumper, aka "Freddie, The American" in the London concert version of Chess at the Royal Albert Hall in 2008.
Adam's latest CD entitled Blinding Light is currently in release. Adam has two other albums, Model Prisoner and Civilian released by Sh-K-Boom Records.
"Happy Hour" is hosted by comedy duo Ben Viele and Alexander Rodriguez. Their one hour talk show is an irreverent take on Hollywood, reality TV, current events and theater. They have have a knack of incorporating old Hollywood with current celebrities. All in good fun, nothing is off limits -- especially when the two are enjoying their happy hour drinks.
