'Broadway on Broadway' Now Under Cambridge Security

As one of New York City's greatest outdoor events, the annual Broadway on Broadway event is the official kickoff to the 2008-2009 Broadway season. This free outdoor concert stretches from 43rd to 47th streets and features musical numbers and appearances from almost every play and musical on Broadway, as well as sneak peeks at several upcoming shows opening in the new theatre season. This year's event will be hosted by Drew Lachey, currently starring in Monty Python's Spamalot and perhaps best known as the winner of "Dancing with the Stars" and a member of the phenomenally successful pop group 98 Degrees.
