Five of Broadway's Tony-nominated musicals will be showcased to a national TV audience when top morning talker "Live with Regis and Kelly" airs "Broadway Week 2008" June 9-13, 2008.

All five shows were nominated for one or more of the prestigious 2008 Antoinette Perry, or "Tony" Awards.  To kick off the week, on Monday the lovely Sierra Bogges from Disney's sumptuous new theatrical creation, "The Little Mermaid," will perform "Part of Your World."  On Tuesday, Alli Mauzey will sing a song from the Tony-nominated score of "Cry-Baby The Musical," which also is a contender in the category of Best Musical.

Broadway icon Harvey Fierstein will stop by "Live" on Wednesday, to showcase "Coney Island" from the intriguing new musical "A Catered Affair."  Motion picture-turned-Broadway spectacular "Xanadu" is another "Best Musical" contender, and on Thursday, the cast will perform a number from the show.  Rounding out the week on Friday is "American Idol" alumnus Taylor Hicks with cast members from "Best Revival of a Musical" nominee "Grease," singing the fantasy tune "Beauty School Dropout."

"Live with Regis and Kelly" is executive produced by Michael Gelman, and is distributed by Disney«ABC Domestic Television.  Produced by WABC-TV in New York, "Live with Regis and Kelly" airs in more than 200 markets across the country.
