Michael T. Writer and director Amy Neswald makes an ambitious directorial debut with her story about love, death, life, womanizing and art. Wilderness is the story of Robert Kenny; reticent to live his first of many lives and born with a button in his hand.  Robert, now a forty year old womanizer stuck on the fifth of six 'first life steps' is watched over by an ambivalent angel and finally meets his soul mate, but might be too lost to recognize her. Wilderness won 'best script' in New York's Midnight Madness scripting contest, where it was chosen ahead of more than three hundred short scripts.

Producer Michael T. Clarkston says "Wilderness is a quiet, powerful and hopeful story of a man taking a large step in his life to overcome the invisible hurdles dealt him before he was born." Wilderness features Jersey Boys' Erica Piccininni, television star Andrew Garman, Yong Frankenstein's Courtney Young, and Tony Award Nominated Nancy Opel (Urinetown: The Musical, Fiddler On The Roof).  Cinematography is by Kenny Dixon, editing by Yvette Wojchiechowski, and musical arrangements by Thad DeBrock.
