Broadway Sessions Welcomes Rachelle Rak & More 8/24

Broadway Sessions w/ Ben D is thrilled to welcome Rachelle Rak and Shannon Turner, Tuesday, August 24th.

Rachelle Rak is perhaps best known as the "I Gotcha" girl in Fosse on Broadway. Her other Broadway credits include Cats, Thou Shalt Not, Oklahoma, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Look of Love. Ms. Rak recently originated roles in the Japanese company of Trip of Love. She has recently released a solo album entitles "Sass", and will be performing songs from the album. Shannon Turner was featured on the 9th season of American Idol, making it to the "Hollywood" round. Also on hand to perform will be the cast of the Fringe Festival show "Together This Time".

Broadway Sessions w/ Ben D is described as an evening of musical performances, games and comedy featuring a new Broadway guest each week. It is hosted by actor Ben Cameron (Wicked, Aida, Footloose). The show also features composer/musical director Will Van Dyke (The Addams' Family) on piano. The show takes place every Tuesday evening at midtown nightclub Therapy (348 west 52nd street) at 11pm.
