Broadway Sessions Welcomes Chix 6 & More 10/20

Ben Cameron (Wicked, Aida, Footloose) is the host and creator of BROADWAY SESSIONS at THE MIDTOWN THEATRE at the HA! Comedy Club TC l4 " (163 West 46th Street / Between 6th & 7th Avenues) every Thursday night at 11:00pm. Broadway Sessions is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week, and features musical director/composer Will Van Dyke (Rent) on piano. In addition after the show we open the microphone up to anyone who wants to sing. Open mic from 12:00-2am.

This Thursday, October 20th, 2011 the weekly show (now in it's 3rd year welcomes cast members from the rock fueled musical CHIX 6 and more.

CHIX 6 is currently playing at The Queens Theatre through October 30th. The rock edged musical stars Carrie Manolakos (Mamma Mia!, Wicked), Celina Carvajal (42nd Street, Tarzan, Dracula), Nicolette Hart (Rent, Legally Blonde), Danielle Lee Greaves (Rent, Hairspray), writer Lourds Lane, Kelly Carey and Brian Gallagher. The show features direction by DJ Salisbury. Cast members will perform material from the show as well as their original compositions.
The evening will also feature performances by vocalist Injoy Fountain
Open Mic party goes til 2 am featuring Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Midtown Theater, 163 west 46th street inside the HA! Comedy Club. Doors open at 10:40 pm with showtime at 11pm and musical theater open mic party goes til 2 am. There is NO cover charge.
