Broadway Sessions Celebrates Musical Director Joshua Stephen Kartes' Birthday Tonight, 9/13

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

Tonight, September 13th, Broadway Sessions will celebrate the birthday of resident musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes. The evening will feature performances by some of Kartes’ favorite singers.

Scheduled to perform are Eric Michael Krop (Godspell), Michelle Dowdy (Hairspray), Corey Mach (Godspell), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Molly Pope, Colleen Harris, Anthony Fett, Brandon Cuttrell, host Ben Cameron (Wicked) and more. The evening will also feature performances by singer/actor CrystAl Mosser. Open Mic party follows the show til 2 am.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 West 42nd Street (corner of 42nd Street and 9th Avenue).
