Broadway Kids Care 5th Annual Bake Sale Set for 11/5

Young performers from the casts of Billy Elliot the Musical, Mary Poppins, The Lion King, Warhorse and several past Broadway productions will sell homemade goodies at the 5th annual Broadway Kids Care Bake Sale the afternoon of November 5 in Fireman's Park (48th Street between Broadway and 8th Avenue) between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The event will benefit local children who reside in NYC Shelters at the Freedom House and Secret Garden.

Created in 2007 by producers, Kelly and Lou Gonda Broadway Kids Care (BKC) brings children from various Broadway productions together to perform community service and raise funds for charitable causes.

BKC has also performed charitable work for the the Lillian Booth Actor's Home, Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, and UNICEF.
