Some of Broadway's sexiest perfomers will strut their stuff in the latest "Broadway Bares," which will be presented at Roseland Ballroom (239 West 52nd Street) on June 17th for two performances at 9:30 PM and midnight.
The racy Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS benefit is the 17th edition of "Broadway Bares," which was created by Tony Award-winner
Jerry Mitchell (upcoming
Legally Blonde,
La Cage Aux Folles, Hairspray). Last year's
Broadway Bares, which brought in a record-breaking $659,500 for BC/EFA, featured stars such as
Sandra Bernhard,
Mario Cantone,
Cyndi Lauper,
Alan Cumming and
Fran Drescher. A cast for "Broadway Bares 17" has not yet been announced.
