Last summer, BroadwayWorld premiered the stunning Broadway digital art of Norn Cutson. Now, Norn is proud to share his portrait of "Brian Charles Rooney: Turn Me On… Turn Me Up… One More Time" which was presented at the Zipper Factory (336 W. 37th St) on Wednesday, July 11 at 8PM.

Brian Charles Rooney returned to The Zipper Factory for a reprise of his NYC solo debut concert, originally presented at the Zipper on Monday, April 30, 2007.

Rooney made his Broadway debut last season as Lucy Brown in the Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of The Threepenny Opera. The concert focused on this "truly unique vocal stylist with a four octave range, transported the audience to different locations and atmospheres – including a salon caught between Victorian England and the Weimar Republic to a Glam Rock Discotheque of 1980s-esque proportions – while performing the adrenaline-infused work of a diverse list of greats, from Kurt Weill and Mozart to The Doors, Madonna, Jefferson Airplane, Heart and Queen," stated press notes, "Rooney also performed original material co-written by Paul Leschen, composer and arranger for the acclaimed band Scissor Sisters."
