Brian Posehn Set for Comix At Foxwoods Debut, 2/20-22

Comedian, actor and writer, Brian Posehn, will visit Comix At Foxwoods for the first time with a four show lineup next February. With performances Thursday, Feb. 20 through Saturday, Feb. 22, Posehn will perform at 8 p.m. nightly, before finishing the weekend on Feb. 22 with a 'nasty'-themed showcase at 10:30 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now and are $25 for general advance admission ($35 the day of), while VIP advance admission tickets are $50 ($60 the day of). A two-drink minimum applies to all tickets. The show is 21+ and is for mature audiences only.

Posehn recently co-starred in Universal's feature, "The Five-Year Engagement," and in the popular Canadian indie comedy, "Lloyd the Conqueror." In the last year, Posehn has done guest spots on Big Bang Theory, Guys With Kids and Anger Management and also starred for three seasons on the popular Comedy Central show, The Sarah Silverman Program.

Posehn toured as one of the original members of the Comedians of Comedy, and appeared in films like "Funny People" and "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer."Besides writing and performing on HBO's acclaimed Mr. Show, he has appeared in sitcoms such as Just Shoot Me, Seinfeld, NewsRadio, Californication, Everybody Loves Raymond and Friends.

Posehn released his first hour-long special, "The Fartist" through Netflix, and is currently writing Deadpool for Marvel Comics. His book that he co-wrote with Bob Odenkirk and David Cross called "Hollywood Said No," will be released this year. He is also producing a Comedy Metal album with Scott Ian of Anthrax.
