"It's our pleasure to work with the Staten Island Mall and the Children's Campaign and once again host these breakfasts for the benefit of Staten Island children. These breakfasts provide our employees an opportunity to give back to a community that has been so supportive of us. The best part for us is that 100% of the proceeds benefit this effort," said Zane Tankel, Apple-Metro's CEO.
"The Staten Island Children's Campaign Charitable Trust (SICCCT) is very grateful to Applebee's. Each year they work with us to make this event successful. Over the past 15 years Applebee's has been extremely supportive of the efforts of the SICCCT," said Donna Long, executive director, SICCCT, and added, "working collaboratively enables us to continue to help the children in need on Staten Island. We are also grateful to the Staten Island Mall for their assistance each year."

The Breakfast includes French toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, hot beverages and juice, donated and served by Apple-Metro, Inc. staff who volunteer their time and talents each year.
