To celebrate the release of his solo piano album "Light of a New Day", New York theatre musician Brandon Sturiale will be giving a free concert at 7pm Tuesday night, Dec. 9th, in Penthouse 1 at Shetler Studios, 244 W. 54th St. in Manhattan.
Sturiale was the original keyboardist for "The Marvelous Wonderettes" Off-Broadway, as well as the national tour of "Gypsy", and most recently, Riverside Theatre's production of "The Bikinis" in Vero Beach, Florida.
The concert will focus mainly on songs from the album, which are written for solo piano and range from uplifting and joyous to reflective and somber. The album received 5 out of 5 stars on

In addition to the songs for solo piano, Sturiale will also welcome guest singers
Stacie Bono (Avenue Q),
Clint Carter (The Legend of
Julie Taymor), and
David Andrew Anderson (The Hinterlands), to sing vocal songs he composed.
