A friendly reminder! The Belasco Theatre box office (111 West 44th Street) will open on Monday, December 14 for David Harrower's BLACKBIRD, the Olivier Award-winning drama, starring Jeff Daniels and Michelle Williams. The production, to be directed by Joe Mantello, will begin previews Friday, February 5, and open Thursday, March 10. BLACKBIRD will play an 18-week limited engagement through June 12, 2016.
For one week only, from Monday December 14 through Saturday December 19, ticket buyers can purchase $20 balcony seats for all performances. These tickets are only available for purchase at the box office, which is open Mondays through Saturdays from 10am to 6pm.

telecharge.com. BLACKBIRD will be performed Monday through Saturday evenings at 8pm, with matinees Wednesdays and Saturdays at 2pm. Beginning March 15, Tuesday and Thursday performances will begin at 7pm.
BLACKBIRD tells the story of Una and Ray. Fifteen years earlier they had a relationship and haven't set eyes on each other since. Now she's found him again.
BLACKBIRD premiered at the
Edinburgh International Festival before moving on to London's West End where it won the Olivier Award for Best New Play in a production directed by Peter Stein. The drama was subsequently produced in New York by Manhattan Theatre Club in a production starring
Jeff Daniels and
Allison Pill, directed by
Joe Mantello.
BLACKBIRD will have scenic design by

Brian MacDevitt, and sound design by
