Actor and comedian Bob Saget, who recently made his Broadway debut in the Tony Award winning musical The Drowsy Chaperone, will visit Fox 5's "Good Day New York" and NBC's "The Today Show" studios on Tuesday, November 6. Saget will discuss both starring on Broadway in the hit musical, and hosting the New York Comedy Festival benefit for The Scleroderma Foundation at Carolines on Broadway with Robin Williams, Jimmy Fallon and Gilbert Gottfried that evening.

"Good Day New York" airs on Fox 5 WNYW in Manhattan daily from 7-9AM EST. Saget will appear in the 8:30AM half hour.

"The Today Show" airs on NBC (Channel 4 in the New York Metropolitan area) from 7-11AM EST. Saget will appear in the 10AM half hour. Check local listings for airtimes in your area.

Bob Saget returns to the New York stage following an acclaimed Off-Broadway debut in Paul Weitz' play Privilege in 2005. He is the host of the hit NBC game show "1 vs. 100," and known worldwide for his television roles, for which he set a precedent by simultaneously starring in two top-ten primetime series – the long-running sitcom "Full House," while also serving as the eight year host of "America's Funniest Home Videos." Saget recently guest-starred on the NBC series, "Law and Order: SVU" and the HBO series, "Entourage," and was critically hailed for his appearance in the documentary "The Aristocrats."   His HBO special, shot at NYU, "Bob Saget: That Ain't Right," recently aired to controversial and glowing notices.

"To chase his blues away, a modern day musical theatre addict known simply as "Man in Chair" drops the needle on his favorite cast album – the 1928 musical comedy The Drowsy Chaperone. From the crackle of his hi-fi, the uproariously funny musical magically bursts to life on stage. We are instantly immersed in the hilarious tale of a glamorous bride and her uproarious wedding day, complete with thrills and surprises that take both the cast (literally) and the audience (metaphorically) soaring into the heavens. Man in Chair's infectious love of The Drowsy Chaperone speaks to anyone who has ever been transported by the theater," describe press notes.

The Drowsy Chaperone features Peter Bartlett, Tony Award nominee Danny Burstein, Mara Davi, Troy Britton Johnson, Garth Kravits, Jason Kravits, Tony Award winner Beth Leavel, Kecia Lewis-Evans, Jennifer Smith, Gerry Vichi, Patrick Wetzel, JoAnne Worley, Jay Douglas, Stacia Fernandez, Linda Gabler, Tripp Hanson, Dale Hensley, Mamie Parris, Kilty Reidy, Matt Wall and Joanna Young.
