Soft centered chocolate fondant, orange compote
Blake was delighted with her course, she tells us about her experience: "My dream as a passionate cook has been to go to Le Cordon Bleu. Now I only dream to have more time to go back to Le Cordon Bleu and spend months learning from the gods of food!"
Le Cordon Bleu Paris has had the honor of teaching various personalities over the years: Dustin Hoffman, Ronald Reagan Jr., and Jacques Chirac have all graced us with their presence.
