Bid on Chance to Meet Scarlett Johansson on Opening Night of 'View From the Bridge'; Proceeds go to Oxfam's Haiti Relief Fund

The Oxfam Haiti Relief Fund is inviting people to make a bid on a chance to meet Scarlett Johansson on the opening night of Arthur Miller's A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE at the Cort Theatre in New York. The winning bid will receive four tickets to the play on January 24, as well as the opportunity to join the cast at their after party. All proceeds from the bid will go to help earthquake survivors in Haiti.

A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE, starring Tony® Award-winner Liev Schreiber and Golden Globe nominee Scarlett Johansson is currently in previews in preparation for a Sunday, January 24 opening. Directed by Gregory Mosher, the production is playing a strict 14-week engagement on Broadway at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street).

In A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE, Miller's most passionate drama, Schreiber plays Eddie Carbone, a Brooklyn longshoreman obsessed with his 17-year-old niece Catherine, played by Scarlett Johansson. When Catherine falls in love with a newly arrived immigrant, Eddie's jealousy erupts in a rage that consumes him, his family, and his world.
