It's been quite a year for HAMILTON's Renée Elise Goldsberry, whose performance as the strong and compassionate Angelica Schuyler was awarded with the 2016 Tony for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical, matching her Grammy Award as a featured artist on the musical's original Broadway cast recording.

With success comes new opportunities, and the talented performer will soon be leaving her gig at the Richard Rodgers Theatre for a starring role in the upcoming Netflix series "Altered Carbon," based on the 2002 novel by Richard Morgan. She'll also be starring in HBO Films' "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks," playing a woman whose cells were used to create the first immortal human cell line.

Chaitybuzz's new online auction offers a chance to meet Renée Elise Goldsberry after enjoying the Monday, August 29th, 7pm performance of HAMILTON from two house seats.

The winning bid will support Harlem Girls Cheer, a program launched in 2016 to nurture girls, ages 8 - 18, into complete scholar athletes, focusing on mind, body and soul. Through educational programs, competitive cheerleading, and community service, Harlem Girls Cheer helps girls blossom into accomplished, confident, and active women with strong character.
