Benjamin Scheuer's THE LION Launches National Tour in MA Today

THE LION, the gripping, highly acclaimed autobiographical solo show written and performed by Benjamin Scheuer, launches its official national tour today, August 22, 2015, at the Merrimack Repertory Theatre in Lowell, Massachusetts (50 East Merrimack Street).
Directed by Sean Daniels, THE LION opened to rave reviews at the Lynn Redgrave Theater at Culture Project (45 Bleecker Street, New York, NY) on Sunday, February 8th and played an extended engagement through March 29th, following an award-winning run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and sold-out productions at the Manhattan Theatre Club and London's St. James Theatre.
