The Bowery Presents recently announced that Belle and Sebastian will take the Great Stage at Radio City Music Hall tonight, June 10, 2015.

Scottish indie band Belle and Sebastian will release their highly anticipated ninth studio album on January 20th. "Girls In Peacetime Want To Dance" is the long-awaited follow-up to 2010's "Write About Love." The album was produced and mixed at Maze Studios in Atlanta by Ben H. Allen III, best known for his work with Gnarls Barkley, Animal Collective, and Raury, among others. Additional mixing was done with longtime collaborator Tony Doogan in Glasgow, and the album was mastered by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios.

Belle and Sebastian formed in Glasgow in January 1996, naming themselves after a 1965 children's book by French writer Cecile Aubry of the same name. "The Boy with the Arab Strap" reached number 12 in the U.K. charts and the band has received Best Newcomer at the BRIT Awards and Outstanding Contribution To Music Award at the NME Awards.
