It's been more than 70 years since the Museum of Modern Art last hosted a major Bauhaus exhibition. In that time, the influence of this distinct German school has permeated nearly every type of visual art, from painting and photography to architecture and graphic design. Now, a new MoMA exhibition digs deeper into the archives of the Bauhaus school than ever before, with classic and obscure works from the masters of the era as well as its lesser-known students.

The Bauhaus exhibition will close on January 25, 2010.

The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) is located at
11 W. 53rd St. (bet. Fifth and Sixth Aves.)
Manhattan, NY.
