Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in Pittsfield, MA., under the leadership of Founder/Artistic Director Julianne Boyd, will present a virtual reading of Typhoid Mary, a play by BSC Associate Artist Mark St. Germain (Off-Broadway and BSC's Freud's Last Session) and starring two-time Tony Award winner Judith Ivey (Broadway's Hurlyburly, Steaming) as Mary Mallon aka 'Typhoid Mary,' T.R. Knight (TV's "Grey's Anatomy," Broadway's Noises Off, It's Only a Play) as Father Michael McKuen, Kate MacCluggage (Off-Broadway's Greater Clements, BSC's Gertrude and Claudius) as Dr. Ann Saltzer, Emmy Award winner Joe Morton (TV's "Scandal," Broadway's Raisin, Off-Broadway's Turn Me Loose) as Dr. William Mills and Frances Evans (BSC's Typhoid Mary, Ragtime) as Sarah. Typhoid Mary is directed by Matthew Penn ("Law & Order," "Orange Is the New Black," BSC's Judgment Day, 10x10 New Play Festival).
BSC originally staged Typhoid Mary in 2018 to critical acclaim at the St. Germain Stage, in a production also directed by Mr. Penn.Videos
