Balenciaga Spring Show

Nicolas Ghesquière called his collection "an evocation of mythological drama" which was much more accessible than Balenciaga's Fall 2012 collection, but far from simple. 

The show opened with a bright white bra top paired with slim black pants, done by anyone else would not have been as successfully chic but vulgar.  Then it moved into more ruffled pieces and suits that played with both masculine and feminine lines.
