On September 10, the Bechdel family will move out of the Fun Home (or the Circle in the Square Theatre), when the the groundbreaking, Tony Award-winning Best Musical, plays its final performance on Broadway. Before the doors close for good, however, BroadwayWorld brought the family together one last time to reminisce about some of the show's most amazing moments. watch as Richard Ridge chats with Michael Cerveris, Judy Kuhn, Beth Malone, and Emily Skeggs!
The show, which opened on April 19, 2015, will have played 26 preview and 582 regular performances on Broadway at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th St) and 114 performances Off Broadway at The Public Theater.
The coast-to-coast North American Tour of Fun Home will launch in Cleveland, OH in October 2016, and play more than 40 cities in its first year, including Chicago, St. Louis, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and many more.
