TV: The Cast of American in Paris Makes Us Feel S' Wonderful in Bryant Park

The best of Broadway will be performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016' - a lunchtime series that continued this week, August 4 on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 16th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through Thursday, August 11.

This Thursday's show included a performance by the Broadway cast of An American in Paris. Cast members for the event included Dimitri Kleioris, Leanne Cope, Jill Paice, Brandon Uranowitz, Derek Hanson, Attila Joey Csiki, Kyle Brown, Megan Dickinson, Kurt Froman, Derek Hanson, Marina Lazzaretto, Cory Lingner, Nathan Madden, Charlotte O'Dowd, Candy Olsen, Kristin Piro, Sam Rogers, Shannon Rugani, Bradley Schlagheck, Jeffrey C. Sousa, Tory Trowbridge and Scott Willis performing the numbers "Shall We Dance," "For You, For Me, For Evermore," "I'll Build a Stairway to Paradise," and "S' Wonderful."

In a city suddenly filled with new possibilities, one young GI will discover his passion for art, his desire for change and the love of his life. An American in Paris is inspired by the Academy Award-winning film and features the music and lyrics of George and Ira Gershwin, the Tony Award-winning choreography of director Christopher Wheeldon and a book by Craig Lucas.
