BroadwayWorld's Richard Ridge was thrilled to sit down and speak with nearly all of this year's Tony Award nominees at the official Tony Brunch on May 2, 2012, and we will be bringing you special coverage on all of them throughout the awards season. Today we're featuring "Oda Mae Brown", Da'Vine Joy Randolph, nominated for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for Ghost the Musical.
Da’Vine Joy Randolph, a Philadelphia native makes her Broadway debut in Ghost. She received her bachelor’s from Temple University in classical vocal performance and transitioned into acting by attending Yale School of Drama for her Masters. Other regional credits include Servant of Two Masters at Yale Repertory Theater and HAIR at Prince Music Theater.
The Tony Awards will be broadcast in a live three-hour ceremony from the Beacon Theatre, on the CBS television network on Sunday, June 10, 2012.
