Today we bring you Artie Siccardi, awarded the Special Tony Honor for Excellence in the Theatre.
One of the most prolific Broadway Technical Supervisors for more than 30 years, Siccardi began his career with Gypsy, starring Ethel Merman, and has since worked on Broadway productions Billy Elliot: The Musical, Cats, Dreamgirls, Mamma Mia!, Annie, Sweeney Todd, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Sunday in the Park with George, Fences, Chess, The Heidi Chronicles, Broadway Bound, The Real Thing, The Color Purple and more.
The Tony Awards will be broadcast in a live three-hour ceremony from the Beacon Theatre, on the CBS television network on Sunday, June 10, 2012.
