Broadway World TV's Los Angeles Producer and on-air Host Michael Sterling, along with Co-Producer/ Videographer Paul Preston of Digital Mind Productions were on hand to meet and greet the creative team and other invited celebrity guests at the official red carpet opening for the eagerly-anticipated L.A. Premiere of Broadway's Tony® Award-winning smash hit musical, Disney's NEWSIES at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre March 26. The limited four-week engagement runs through Sunday, April 19, 2015.
Among the first-nighters were Alan Menken - "Newsies" Tony Award-Winning Composer; Jack Feldman "Newsies" Tony Award-Winning Lyricist; Jeff Calhoun "Newsies" Tony Nominated Director; Lisa Vanderpump (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills; Lance Bass (N'Sync) with husband Michael Turchin, Bruno Tonioli (Dancing with the Stars); Kenny Ortega (Newsies Film Director); Kyle Richards (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,) and actor Stephen Bienskie (husband of Newsies' choreographer Christopher Gattelli) with guest Linda Bailey Walsh.
In celebration of the NEWSIES opening in LA, Lisa Vanderpump, star of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and "Vanderpump Rules," brought her beloved dog, Giggy, who wore a custom - made, Newsie couture outfit, that is be part of an exclusive Newsies/Vanderpump online auction package which began March 27th.

is Tuesday through Friday at 8:00pm, Saturday at 2pm & 8pm, and Sunday at 1pm & 6:30pm. Recommended for Ages 6 and Up (All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.) Running Time: 2 hours and 30 minutes including intermission. Tickets start at $30 in the orchestra.
