Along with the songs that fans of RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S Cinderella know - "In My Own Little Corner," "Impossible/It's Possible," "Ten Minutes Ago" and "Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful?" - the recording presents seamlessly-integrated Rodgers and Hammerstein musical material from other projects, including "Me, Who Am I?," "Now Is The Time," and a song heard in the 1997 Whitney Houston adaptation, "There's Music In You."
This recording - featuring a 29 member cast and a 20 piece orchestra - includes a full color booklet, a plot synopsis by Douglas Carter Beane and an essay about the rich history of the score by Ted Chapin, President and Executive Director of the Rodgers & Hammerstein: An Imagem Company. David Lai, David Caddick, David Chase and Bruce Pomahac produced the album with Kurt Deutsch serving as Executive Producer.
