In Backstage Bite with Katie Lynch, come into Katie's kitchen with some of Broadway's brightest as they eat, drink and merrily mix it up. See your favorite stars out of their element as they whip up dishes inspired by their Broadway show. Watch what happens when these actors trade belting for baking!

Today, we are excited to bring you the latest episode, featuring School of Rock's 'Dewey' alternate, Will Blum!

Geeking out with Will Blum of School of Rock

Ingredients:

2 Cups Dry Ronzoni Macaroni Pasta

4 TBSP Organic Valley Milk

2 Blocks of 8oz Easy Melt American Cheese

1 Small Jalepeno

4 Slices of Bacon (One for eating)

1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

-Cook Ronzoni Macaroni until al dente (almost completely cooked)

-Drain pasta and set aside.

-Over low heat combine Organic Valley Milk and Cheese until completely smooth.

-Add cheese and pasta to a large bowl.

-Cook bacon strips until extra crispy.

-Chop jalepeno and bacon into small pieces.

-Add jalepenos and bacon to cheese and pasta mixture.

-Fully grease mini muffin pan. *Make sure to over all inside surfaces making it easier to remove Mac and Cheese Bites from pan.

-Put a thin layer of breadcrumbs in each muffin hole.

-Add a heaping scoop of Mac and Cheese.

-Top with shredded cheese.

-Bake at 400 Degrees for 15 Minutes.

-Let cool for 15 Minutes. *Allow the cheese to fully set before removing from pan.
