Today, we are excited to bring you the latest episode, featuring The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time leading man, Tyler Lea!

Lea is making his Broadway debut in The Curiuos Incedent of the Dog in the Night-Time. Regional: Shakespeare's R+J (Cygnet). Training: B.F.A, University of North Carolina School of the Arts.


Curious Incident Dog Biscuits with Raspberry Jam (but for PEOPLE!)

INGREDIENTS

Cookies:
1 Cups Sugar In The Raw
2 Sticks of Organic Valley Butter
2 Organic Valley Eggs
3 Cups of Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

Jam:
2 Packs of Raspberries
1/4 Cups of Sugar In The Raw

DIRECTIONS

Cookies:

-Combine all ingredients and mix together until completely combined. Make sure to get all dry ingredients from the bottom of the bowl.

-Roll out 1/4 of your dough at a time. Make sure to use flour on both your counter and rolling pin.

-Use a dog bone cookie cutter and use all of your dough to cut out cookies.

-Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Jam:

-Add raspberries to a small sauce pan over low heat.

-Add sugar and stir until completely combined.

-Turn up heat until a boil and let boil for 5 minutes.

-Turn down heat and let sit for 10-20 minutes until jam begins to thicken.

-Add jam to jar and let cool in the fridge or freezer until completely cold.

Final Cookies:

-Use 2 cookies to make a sandwich filled with your homemade jam.

-Chow down on your yummy dog biscuits! *Paired perfectly with English breakfast tea*
