STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, took place just last week in Shubert Alley. Hosted by Tony nominee Sean Hayes and Mo Rocca, Broadway's best once again turned out for the annual performance - including Tony winner James Monroe Iglehart, who was joined by Kathryn Allison, Tia Altimay, Lauryn Ciardullo and Kathryn Terza to perform "Friend Like Me" from Aladdin!

Iglehart won a 2014 Tony Award® for his performance inAladdin. He originated the role of Bobby in the Tony-winning musical Memphis. Other NYC: The 25th Annual...Spelling Bee and The Wiz. Film/TV: "The Good Wife" and "The Electric Company" (the Silent E Soloist). James is a member of the hip-hop improv group Freestyle Love Supreme.

Produced by Disney Theatrical Productions, Aladdin features music by Tony Award and eight-time Oscar® winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Sister Act), lyrics by two-time Oscar winner Howard Ashman (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid), three-time Tony Award and three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice (Evita, Aida) and four-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin (The Wedding Singer), with a book by Beguelin, and is directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon).
