SAG-AFTRA Foundation and Broadway World have partnered for a filmed Conversations Q&A series to recognize and celebrate the vibrant theatre community in New York City and the actors who aspire to have a career on the stage and screen.

On Friday, April 12 (2pm), join us at the Robin Williams Center (247 W 54th St) for a Q&A with the cast and creators of Broadway Musical The Prom: Matthew Sklar -Music, Chad Beguelin -Lyrics & Book, Bob Martin - Book, and Cast Members Brooks Ashmanskas, Beth Leavel, Christopher Sieber, and Angie Schworer. THE PROM is the joyous Broadway hit that New York Magazine calls "smart and big-hearted" and The New York Times declares a Critic's Pick! It's a new musical comedy about big Broadway stars, a small town, and a love that unites them all.

With direction and choreography by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (Mean Girls, The Book of Mormon), a book by Tony Award winner Bob Martin (The Drowsy Chaperone) and four-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin (Aladdin), music by Tony Award nominee Matthew Sklar (Elf), lyrics by four-time Tony Award nominee Chad Beguelin and based on an original concept by Jack Viertel, The Prom opened to rave reviews on Thursday, November 15 at the Longacre Theatre
