The show may be called DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY, but let me tell you, we are dancing morning, noon, and night! Whew! What a week it has been! The cast of this show is blowing my mind on a daily basis. They are incredible, and if you don't have your plans to see the show yet, well you better make them fast because I am quite certain the tickets will be flying out of the box office once folks catch wind of the magic that is this show. While it has definitely been mostly work around here as of late, we of course, always make time for some play too!

Here are some of our amazing cast enjoying our day off!

We had two birthdays in our cast over the weekend: the handsome and talented Dylan Smith and David Gordon both celebrated on our day off in true Transcendence style with wine and friends! For David's celebration, the cast was spoiled by the lovely folks at Deerfield, Bump Cellars, and Pangloss, with wine tastings and much laughter! Then, we finished out the day at the lovely home of some of our amazing housing sponsors and dear friends of Dylan's with a backyard bash to celebrate our fabulous choreographer! I think it is safe to say that a wonderfully fun time was had by all.

Now about this show: this is truly Transcendence like you have never seen it before. You probably feel like I say that for every show, but honestly, it's true! Every show this summer has been unique and special and mind-blowing in their own ways. I think that can be attributed to the incredible direction. First, Roy Lightner put his magic touch on This Magic Moment, then Eric Jackson took us on an amazing adventure in Fantastical Family Night, and now Tony Gonzalez is exploding the stage with huge production numbers intertwined with touching moments of simple beauty.

If you think you have seen all Transcendence has to offer, think again! We just started rehearsing in the park this week and everything has been upped to a new level... literally as you will find out when you see the show...**wink wink**! And my goodness, the band?! Holy cow! They are taking choreography that was already dazzlingly dynamic and punching it yet another notch.

The beautiful souls in this cast are pouring every ounce of themselves into this show and I really hope you won't miss it! It is truly spectacular and you are sure to leave with a smile on your face and a skip in your step.

Can't wait to see you this weekend and to DANCE THE NIGHT AWAY with all of our amazing patrons and volunteers! In the meantime, use your magic!
